Katelyn DiGiacomo - Property Manager/Maintenance Coordinator: As the Maintenance Coordinator, Katelyn assists
the homeowners with the preliminary assessment, as well as providing the guidance for obtaining the work orders in
accordance to the individual Homeowners Association’s regulations. Katelyn is also a property manager. She helps
homeowners with questions about condo legal documents, resolves disputes, and is there for any concerns not covered by

Jordan Broderick, Esq. -Landscaping/Snow Removal & Bids/Contracts : Jordon acts as BrodMor's in-house legal
counsel on matters relating to condominium law. He also helps the Association seek out competitive bids and secure
